DESPITE winning 2024 Carrier Of the Year, these suckers put me on DNU black list

For 7 years I gave them a very good service but seems like someone ego got comprised

They will post loads with wrong information and if you call them out on that they will threaten you with bad review in their system. They can it FALL OUT

Recently we did a load, and broker couldn’t provide custom invoice to clear the border, so he asked us to return the load. And only paying $150 TONU even though we spent whole day, drove to border and drove back to shipper to deliver next day

This is a multi billion dollar company but they won’t mind to screw a tiny guy to make a profit.  WHAT A SHAME TQL
