Receiver damaged our trailer with forklift, the driver heard a big bang, so I told him to check his trailer before leaving their premises and surely it was a big damage. please follow up as we need to fix it

For this incident we review the truck the same day after the Driver told us about the damage.
We explain that the damage looks like happen when someone load the truck: the scratch on the wall shows like a pallet cause the damage.
Based in what we found, we don’t accept damage to the trailer was our responsibility , we believe this happen loading the trailer.
